Refund Policy
Because our products are digital FiveM scripts delivered through escrow, refunds are limited. This page explains when we can help.

1. Digital products
Concept Studio sells non-tangible digital content. After payment, delivery is typically instant or near-instant via Cfx Asset Escrow / Keymaster. Once access is granted, the product generally cannot be “returned” in the way a physical item can.
2. EU / UK consumer withdrawal (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right is lost once performance begins if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right once delivery starts.
By completing checkout and receiving Keymaster / escrow access, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Our voluntary refund practice
We may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion when:
- Duplicate payment or clear billing error occurred and you contact us promptly
- The product was never delivered / Keymaster grant failed and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
- The listing materially misdescribed a core feature we cannot reasonably fix
Refunds are generally not available when:
- You changed your mind after successful delivery and download / Keymaster access
- Issues are caused by your server setup, conflicting third-party scripts, wrong framework, or missing dependencies disclosed on the product page
- You violated our Terms (including licence misuse)
- Chargebacks are filed instead of contacting support first
4. How to request help
Email support@conceptstudio.dev or open a ticket on Discord within 14 days of purchase where possible. Include: Tebex transaction ID, product name, Cfx username, and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within our published support window.
5. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Tebex. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when the processor allows; timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and licence revocation after review.
