1. Who we are

Concept Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and sells premium FiveM scripts and related digital packages. Contact: support@conceptstudio.dev or via Discord.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this site, signing in with Cfx.re, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our products.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including any rules that apply to operating a FiveM / GTA V multiplayer server.

4. Products and delivery

We sell digital goods only: FiveM resources, scripts, and bundles. There is no physical shipping. Delivery is typically through Cfx.re Asset Escrow / Keymaster linked to your Cfx account, after checkout is completed via Tebex (our authorised payment reseller).

Product descriptions, version numbers, frameworks, and features on this site are provided in good faith. We may update scripts over time; unless a listing says otherwise, purchase includes access to updates we choose to publish for that product.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you pay. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Tebex. By paying, you also accept Tebex’s applicable terms and payment-provider rules.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the product is made available to your Cfx / Keymaster account (or as otherwise described on the product page). We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud, abuse, pricing error, or technical failure is suspected.

6. Licence (what you may do)

When you purchase a script or bundle, Concept Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product on FiveM servers you own or operate, subject to Cfx Asset Escrow rules and these terms.

• You may configure editable files we intentionally leave open (for example config, locales, or assets marked as editable).
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or publicly share the product files, escrow keys, or paid downloads.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass escrow / protection except where mandatory law allows.
• You may not claim authorship of our work or remove copyright / credit notices we include.
• Licence seats follow the product listing (typically one purchase per Cfx account / Keymaster grant unless stated otherwise).

Title and all intellectual property in the products remain with Concept Studio or our licensors. You receive a licence, not ownership of the source or brand.

7. Sign-in on this website

Optional sign-in uses Cfx.re (forum.cfx.re). We store your Cfx identity so we can show purchase history matched from Tebex webhooks. There is no password on this site. We may suspend access used for abuse, chargeback fraud, or licence violations.

8. Bundles and promotions

Bundle discounts apply only when the full bundle is purchased as offered. Coupons and promotions may have conditions (expiry, one-time use, product limits). Misuse of coupons may void the discount.

9. Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, primarily via Discord and email. Response times are targets, not guarantees. Support covers our products as documented; it does not include building custom server frameworks, fixing third-party resources, or guaranteeing compatibility with every community script.

10. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or hack the site
• Upload malware or illegal content
• Impersonate Concept Studio or misrepresent affiliation
• Use the site to infringe others’ intellectual property

11. Third-party services

Checkout, payments, and asset delivery rely on third parties including Tebex and Cfx.re / Keymaster. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside our exclusive control. Discord, YouTube, and similar links are optional social channels with their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Products and the website are provided “as is” and “as available” within the limits of applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every FiveM build, framework fork, or third-party resource, or that defects will always be corrected immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concept Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or server uptime, arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

14. Refunds

Digital goods and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply and have not been validly waived for digital content, those rights prevail.

15. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms for future use and purchases.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts in Hungary have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
